Inbound Network Planning team is looking for a product manager to take charge of system implementation plans to improve the efficiency of inbound operations and optimize inventory placement, which is the foundation of Amazon's supply chain, and promotion of implementation for operation. Product manager's primary role is to plan/design operation systems for the start of new services, plan/design operation systems for improving the efficiency of existing inbound operations, and lead the system implementation while collaborating with multiple teams, including domestic and international teams.

Key job responsibilities

全国にあるフルフィルメントセンターへの入荷効率化プログラムに関連する新規サービス開始に向けたシステム設計、導入プロジェクト管理を担当します。また倉庫やソートセンター移転/増設時のネットワーク変化及びプログラム効率化に向けたプログラム再編への取り組みにも責任を持ちます。

・既存の業務プロセスの課題を定義、要因を分析し改善をリードする

・既存プロセス、システムとの親和性を図りながら新規サービス導入に向けたシステム設計、導入を推進する。

・社内システム/ツールからデータを収集し、メトリックスを作成、ビジネスパフォーマンスの計測と改善に向けたアクションを決定する。

・スピード感が求められる環境下において複数プロジェクトをオーナーシップをもって同時進行的にリードする。

・ビジネス文書（英語/日本語）を作成し、関連するステークホルダーに対して課題やアイデアの共有や承認を取り付ける

※英語で書かれた文書やメールに触れる機会は多いです。英語で会話する機会も多いです。

Responsible for system plan/design and implementation project management for the launch of new services related to inbound efficiency programs to fulfillment centers nationwide. We are also responsible for network changes and program restructuring efforts aimed at improving program efficiency when warehouses and sorting centers are relocated/expanded.

・Define issues in existing business processes, analyze factors and lead improvements

・Implement system design and project management for introduction of new services while achieving compatibility with existing processes and systems.

・Collect data from in-house systems/tools, create metrics, and determine actions to measure and improve business performance.

・Lead multiple projects simultaneously and progressively with ownership in an environment where a sense of speed is required.

・Prepare business documents (English/Japanese) and share and approve issues and ideas with relevant stakeholders

*Since communication with members in charge of operations is also necessary, there are many opportunities to meet sentences and emails written in Japanese. There are also many opportunities for conversation in Japanese.

*This does not mean that all the above is left to one person. We plan to ask you to take charge of the work according to your experience so far and necessary considerations.

• フレックスタイム制 ※コアタイム無し・実働8時間/日となりますが、業務時間帯はマネージャーと相談の上、業務および個人の都合に応じて変更が可能となる場合があります。例えば、個人の事情で日中の勤務が難しい場合は他時間帯に振り分ける等、ワークライフハーモニー（バランス）を重視した働き方が可能です

Basic Qualifications

・基幹業務システム導入に向けたビジネス/オペレーション要件定義、システム要件定義、システム設計の従事経験

・システム導入プロジェクトのPM/PL若しくはPMO従事経験

・中級程度のPCスキル（Microsoft OfficeのExcel, Word, Power Point, Outlookを使用します） を有している。

・Excel（IF関数、VLOOKUP関数、集計関数、ピボットテーブル）を使用した経験がある、若しくは使用できる。

・SQL（新しいクエリの作成、既存クエリの編集・実行） を使用した経験がある、若しくは使用できる。

・日本語（流暢なレベル）及び英語（ビジネスレベル）でコミュニケーションできること（ほとんどのステークホルダーは日本語を話す人です）

・Experience in defining business/operation requirements, defining system requirements, and designing systems for implementing core business systems

・Experience working as a PM or PMO for a system implementation project

・Intermediate PC skills (using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

・Excel (IF function, VLOOKUP function, aggregate function, pivot table)

・SQL (creating new queries, editing and executing existing queries)

・Being able to communicate in Japanese(Fluency Lev) and English(Business Lev) (Most stakeholder is Japanese speaker)

Preferred Qualifications

・システムをスクラッチ開発（SE/PG）した経験がある

・業務マニュアルの作成経験がある

・3年以上のサプライチェーン領域、配送領域における経験

・ダイナミックに状況が変わる中で、物事の優先順位をつけ、迅速に行動、意思決定できる能力

・インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること。

・Experience developing a system from scratch (SE/PG)

・Experience in creating business manuals

・+3 years of experience in the supply chain area or delivery area

・Ability to prioritize things, act quickly and make decisions in dynamically changing situations
