Division Specific Information

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Head of Operations, the Inbound/Outbound Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing each team’s logistics activities, ensuring efficient processes and maximizing the productivity of CTD Japan operations. Duties include supervising employees, coordinating logistics processes, ensuring product quality, and preparing related documentation in compliance with GMP.

Job Responsibilities

Track and coordinate the receipt(Inbound), storage(Inbound/Outbound), and delivery of goods and materials(Outbound). Supervise logistics and warehouse members. Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity. Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. Order supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Check related purchase orders, invoices, receipts, inventory, and deliverables for accuracy. Maintain records, report pertinent information, and prepare necessary documentation. Adherence to basic maintenance standards and health and safety regulations Perform daily inspections of the warehouse premises. Respond to problems and complaints and report them to the Director of Operations. Analyze root cause of issue and conduct CAPA. Research ideal shipping methods, inventory optimization, and lead process improvements within the team. Ensure that all operations are following laws, guidelines, and cGMP standards. Assist the management team as needed. Conduct inventories check according to the plan. Lead 5S and Gemba walk and train the team member. Visualize member’s workload and make appropriate allocation.

Qualifications:

MUST

■ 海外営業などの営業経験

  • Previous experience as a warehouse manager or similar management position.

  • Must have extensive practical experience in warehouse operations and management.

  • Forklift truck driving certification.

  • Team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Time management skills

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Degree in business, management, logistics, or related field preferred

  • Experience in process improvement

  • Experience in business analysis
