You will be part of our Human Resources team, providing consultancy + advice across all compensation + benefits topics.

Your Role

You will manage our total rewards strategy + agenda ensuring we support business growth while attracting + retaining the best talent. You will demonstrate leadership through applying total reward methodologies + implementing new projects + initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• To provide training + consultation on a broad range of compensation matters to key stakeholders within both human resources + the wider organisation.

• To develop, implement + maintain our total reward strategy, including monetary + non-monetary recognition strategies across all businesses + functions, in collaboration with others, assuring internal equity + external competitiveness.

• To implement + maintain a range of compensation + benefits plans/policies in conjunction with the key stakeholders, ensuring compliance + relevancy across various employment types.

• To lead the annual salary planning/merit increase process ensuring alignment with internal guidelines + expectations.

• To oversee our variable pay, short + long-term incentive concepts in alignment with best practices + internal guidelines.

• To work with key stakeholders to ensure we are offering competitive packages across the board, with a focus on key strategic hires.

• To lead total rewards projects + initiatives involving multiple stakeholders with strategic + financial impact.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • It is required good communication skills and interaction cross department.

  • Can prioritize among the many tasks that come his/her way to make meaningful decisions

  • Can make tough negotiations with senior management

  • Can manage projects, and salary benchmark, etc.
