Job Purpose and Impact

The position will provide leadership to cultivate and generate long term relationship with the company's complex strategic customers. In this role, you will provide direction over the entire engagement lifecycle to assure customer intimacy, developing in depth understanding of the customer's needs and considering how the company operates from the customer's lens.

Key Accountabilities

  • Categorize customer segmentation, allocate the qualified account management teams to customers and allocate the right customer resources for opportunity teams to deliver on the customer account management to realize value.

  • Influence business decisions impacting customers both short and long term value creation from the customer's voice in the assigned region.

  • Provide businesses the required customer resources to deliver on the prioritized opportunities and develop a pipeline of talent to fulfill commitment on growth projects.

  • Partner with opportunity leads to realize the customer's value and maximize customer flow income across the portfolio of account opportunities.

  • Collect customer insights and global market trends and incorporate them into the businesses and the customer organizations' long term outlook.

  • Identify new capabilities representing a material opportunity for value creation for both segment customers and the company in the assigned region.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Deep understanding of internal and external partners' ecosystem and ability to leverage partner's solutions to solve strategic customer's needs

  • Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
