AON IT Specialist - Digital Workplace and Experience in Tokyo, Japan

Job Title: IT Specialist - Digital Workplace and Experience

Aon Tokyo office is looking for an IT specialist to provide service to all employees.

This position requires face-to-face interaction with employees on site.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides level one and level two support for technical aspects of Aon’s applications and infrastructure.

  • Acts on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support colleague technology needs.

  • Diagnoses and resolves various software and hardware incident tickets within established SLAs.

  • Logs/updates all tickets in IT Service Management system.

  • Tests for infrastructure related changes and incidents.

  • Performs regular health checks on applications and hardware based on pre-documented procedures.

  • Maintains the platform and business application in coordination with manager.

  • Prepares incident reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

    Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support working experience.

  • Able to converse in native level Japanese with business level English.

  • Basic understanding of various technology areas (network, server, database, desktop, etc.).

  • Ability to understand client requirements and deliver to those requirements.

  • Strong ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients.

  • Must hold residency in Japan
