About Organization :

We are seeking an experienced Smart Manufacturing Digital Transformation Specialist to help drive the digital and intelligent upgrade of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and practical project experience, capable of leading a team to implement innovative solutions in an Industry 4.0 environment.

This is a global supply chain digital transformation position under the corporate digital transformation office.

Focusing on the business process transformation, digital solution design, deployment, and data driven business model design.

Roles and responsibilities :

  1. Lead and drive digital transformation projects for manufacturing systems, ensuring the achievement of set goals and timelines.

  2. Design and implement Industry 4.0 solutions, including IoT, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.

  3. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop corresponding digital upgrade strategies.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

  5. Manage and optimize production automation systems to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

  6. Provide technical training and support to enhance the team's digital capabilities.

Key Interaction with :

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation project management in manufacturing or related fields.

  3. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing, including but not limited to IoT, big data, AI, and machine learning.

  4. Knowledgeable in the design and implementation IOT, digital twins MES etc.

  5. Strong project management skills, able to effectively organize and manage projects in a multi-tasking environment.

  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making informed decisions in complex environments.

  7. Strong communication and team collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with team members at different levels.
