Regarding NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan

NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan is the Japan subsidiary of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group and based in Tokyo Japan, has been creating variety of contents in wide-range genre,

including Japanese Anime, Korean Drama and Japanese Drama/Movie for over 30 years.

Overview

  • Execute a marketing and promotion plan based on the goals and marketing direction set by the manager

  • Execute marketing and promotion plans for anime and music works

  • Manage the budget and performance of marketing and promotion for each title

  • Aim to improve the quality of the marketing and promotion plan for each title

  • Improve and develop processes to maximize capabilities and maximize high levels of performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with production and marketing or sales to execute promotional plans that engage consumers

  • Implement a planning cycle (Plan, Execute, Retrospective, Validate) for each title

  • Collaborate with managers to manage and report on the financial performance of anime and music works as appropriate

  • It provides market analysis and insights into consumer behavior from a marketing and promotion perspective.

  • Increase productivity and competence through the sharing of knowledge, experience and skills, and continuously improve processes and communication within the team

Skills and Experiences

(Required)

  • 35 years of marketing, advertising, sales or production experience in the content/entertainment industry

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Basic project management and team building skills

  • Negotiation skills, influential skills, and interpersonal skills

  • Basic experience in managing external contractors

  • Basic English proficiency and fluent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
