グランドハイアット東京内、会員制/直営スパ＆フィットネス『ナゴミ』での運営管理業務
Operation and Management of Spa & Fitness “Nagomi” and support the Spa Manager
●スパオペレーション業務をハイアットスタンダードに沿い効率的に行えるように管理を行う
●ホテルゲストやメンバーに対し、プロフェッショナル且つ積極的にスパプログラム販売の促進を行う
●お客様からの依頼、お問合せなどすべてに対応し、お客様との信頼関係を構築する
●職場の人間関係を円滑に保ち、チームメンバーがゲストと友好な関係を保つ
●施設のメンテナンス維持、クオリティーチェックを行う
・Ensure the Spa operates successfully and efficiently in accordance with Hyatt Brand Standards
・Promote and sell Spa programs to hotel guests and members in a knowledgeable and professional way
・Establish rapport with guests and members maintaining good customer relation
・Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working
・Maintenance of facilities
Qualifications:
●フィットネス、スパの知識を持っている方
●レセプション、ラグジュアリーホテルでの実務経験者
●優れたコミュニケーションスキルとカスタマーサービススキルがある方
●目的の為に自ら考えて行動し、成果に繋げられる方
・Have knowledge of fitness and spa
・Reception and luxuary hotel experience
・Must have good communication skills and customer service skills
