Job Description:

To Lead Business Process with the most efficient way to reach the most accurate Forecast numbers. Close coordination with Business team and req good analytical skills and Data management.

  • Identifying and implementing best practices to improve forecast accuracy.

  • Partnering with Sales and Marketing to ensure current and long-term market intelligence is incorporated into the demand plan

  • Driving improvements of forecast assumptions, exception management and root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues

  • Leverage Forecast Performance Metrics tools to measure accuracy, evaluate the quality and frequency of overrides, assess forecast bias, and identify and address the largest sources of forecast error

  • focus on the alignment between the demand plan and the business plan (OP/QOR)

  • maximize the effectiveness of the statistical forecast by adjusting/cleansing historical demand and determining appropriate levels of aggregation for calculating the statistical forecast

  • Challenging the Sales and Marketing assumptions when significant deviations occur between the demand-based revenue plan and the business plans

  • Do Data analysis and to figure issue and improvements

  • Able to communicate in English
