This position is hybrid, and candidate must live within a 50-mile radius of Williamsburg, VA.

Must be available to work 2-3 hoursbetween 9AM - 4PM two days a week. Other days andhours are flexible.

MAIN OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication and Contact: Answer phones and follow up with both personal and business contacts for a range of needseverything from business contracts to home repairs.
  • Document Management: Handle e-filing, create correspondence including emails, letters, proposals, and presentations, based on both written and verbal instructions.
  • Appointment and Event Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate events and speaking engagements, and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the employer.
  • Time Management: Assist the employer with daily time management to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Social Media and Online Presence: Update business-related social media platforms and maintain the employer's LinkedIn profile.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks related to the position, as assigned by the CEO.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, SharePoint, Asana, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot basic technical issues within MS Office.

Physical/Mental Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus during virtual meetings.

Character:
