(THE ROLE)
Assistant Manager is the subject matter expert for their clients' and ongoing processes. He or she works closely with team members and looks to identify ways to improve processing ensuring seamless business delivery. This will also include process scheduling, process flow, delegating work to meet deliverables, tracking status of outstanding deliverables, and continuous improvement.
(Assistant Manager will be required to handle daily workflow and report out completion status.
Able to handle people with an excellent interpersonal skills
Lead/participate in transition/implementation calls.
Responsible for delivering per service level agreements (PG’s & SLA) and would act as first level of escalation. Understand client needs and deliver high quality service.
Ability to escalate any unforeseen issues to the next level with proposed solutions.
Resource planning (Workload allocation and monitoring , staffing, process flow, delegating work to meet deliverables).
Develops, maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation.
Identify cross training strategy within units.
Responsible for maintaining shrinkage/attrition within specified limits.
Participate in initiatives and projects across the business
Build positive relationship with the team members, clients, and other departments to foster collaboration.
Lead and motivate teams and manage conflicts
Ability to present numbers / capable of analyzing data, trends, and performance metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Knowledge & Experience
Ability to understand the business and strategies
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handles pressure, and embrace new methodologies.
Excellent people handling Skills, interpersonal skills and a team player
Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting in diverse ways.
Good knowledge and exposure to system applications – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Thorough understanding of Service level agreements and managing them
Basic Understanding of Transition methodology.
Lead a project or own responsibilities at the business level. Display the needed flexibility. Lead from the front and act as role model.
The person needs to be flexible to align self / team in various shifts per business needs.
Team Grooming, Planning and effective decision making.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 8 years of work experience after graduation
Extensive knowledge of Family medical leave act(Preferred).
Minimum one year experience in Absence Management operations essential will be a value add.
Should be willing to work in shifts
