Job Description
Responsible of the correct planning & execution of new products launches for MEXEC & GEM LAM market, coordinates different activities between areas: Sales, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Financial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Planning & Finance, It's vision and understanding of Business is crucial to succeed on new products, the position manage on MEX: 2022, 60 Launches / € 5.8 MM OI’s, 2023, 59 Launches / € 21.6 MM OI’s, 2024 (YTD) 58 Launches / € 18.6K OI’s and since 2024 the scope includes ECU & GEMLAM and launched 17 new products.
What You’ll Do:
Ensure key activities execution for product launches,main innovation for the 3 categories
Develop communication to guarantee synergy between teams to set and meet goals
Be the right link between Sales, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, Purchase, Data Integrity, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Planning
Guarantee correct management of change requests
Identifies and give on time visibility of potentials risks, communicate status and changes to stake holders
Look for efficiencies in E2E processes to ensure on time new products availability
Projects You'll Work On:
Projects not launched with the necessary time in advance
Identify and assess alternatives in the workflow or product structure to efficient times
Thorough tracking of the activities to ensure they meet the deadline set
Ensure that the financial evaluation of the projects considers the correct concepts and assumptions
Definition of areas and team members to be involved in each project
Adjust the process to prioritize the delivery with the requested terms
Decisions that positively impact the project’s outcome
Qualifications:
Graduated in Business Administration or related field
1-2 years of experience in related positions
Strong communication skills
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Medium knowledge of supply chain, Financial
Fluent English
