Tyoga Container Company, Incorporated Maintenance Team Lead in Tioga, Pennsylvania

TEAM LEAD in Maintenance will be a hands-on coordinator of taskwork, repairs, PMs, and projects in corrugated sheet plant with automatic machinery. Will also review work notes, manage materials for projects, coordinate manpower, and assure that safety to OSHA and company standards is followed.

  • Provides maintenance support to help equipment meet/exceed operating standards in the areas of quality, cost, safety, customer satisfaction, and productivity. 
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that machines run at their maximum capacity.
  • Inspect drives, motors, chains and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following check list.
  • Clean or lubricate shaft, bearings, gears, or other machine components. Repair or replace any defective parts using hand tools/power tools and reassemble equipment.
  • Handle routine troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical systems and make necessary repairs.
  • Inspect used parts to determine dimensional requirements using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Perform facility maintenance.
  • Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, drywall, or other building structures.

Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, Sunday OFF, although OT for weekend projects/PMs as needed.  Starting pay is $30 per hour.
