Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities Core duties and responsibilities include the following. * Analysis of performance metrics to determine ROI of existing sourcing tools, together with research and evaluation of new sourcing and recruiting tools. * Determine current staffing needs and producing forecasts. * Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. * In conjunction with Marketing, lead employment branding initiatives. * Conduct full cycle recruiting, recruit, find and retain top talent. * Discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. * Perform sourcing to fill opened positions and anticipate future needs. * Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.) * Prepare and send offer letters, collect all required paperwork. * Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. * Assist in employee retention and development. * Supervise recruiting personnel (as applicable). * Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. * Special Projects and other duties as assigned. Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. * Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related curriculum. * 1+ years’ experience in recruiting. * Experience in full-cycle recruiting (preferably experience with paraprofessionals/ special needs children), sourcing and employment branding. * Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. * Proficient in the use of social media and job boards. * Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. * Working knowledge of Applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and databases. * Must be able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information. Experience handling such information is required. * Demonstrated initiative, judgment and an understanding of organization and business processes; as well as strong interpersonal skills required. * Must have a high level of initiative and be able to work effectively without constant, direct supervisor. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables with attention to details. * Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed. * Strong verbal, written communication and collaboration skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
