As a Tenant Administrator and Senior Global Administrator specializing in the Modern Workplace within the Microsoft ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization's digital infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to ensure a seamless and productive digital experience for all employees. You will be responsible for overseeing tenant configurations, implementing security measures, and driving the adoption of modern workplace solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Administration:

· Manage and administer the Microsoft Entra ID tenants used at Vitesco Technologies.

· Configure and optimize tenant settings for security, compliance, and efficiency.

· Implement and maintain governance policies to ensure a secure and compliant digital environment.

  • Global Administration:

· Serve as a senior point of contact for global administration tasks within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

· Collaborate with regional administrators to ensure consistency and compliance across all offices and time zones.

· Provide guidance on global policies and best practices for Modern Workplace solutions.

  • Modern Workplace Solutions:

· Support the deployment and management of modern workplace solutions mainly based on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

· Drive adoption of collaboration tools and technologies to enhance communication and teamwork.

· Stay updated on the latest technologies from Microsoft and other vendors and recommend enhancements to the Modern Workplace.

  • Security and Compliance:

· Implement security measures to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

· Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

· Work closely with the security team to respond to incidents and mitigate risks.

  • Training and Support:

· Develop and deliver training and coaching to educate other administrators on best practices and effective use of the Microsoft ecosystem.

· Provide escalated support for complex technical issues related to the Modern Workplace.

· Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID at an enterprise level.

  • In-depth knowledge of modern workplace solutions with focus on Microsoft technologies

  • Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in the digital workplace.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar are a plus.
