Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and provide comprehensive administrative support. This position requires close collaboration with key business leaders throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include facilitating a seamless integration process for new hires, ensuring our company's branding efforts are upheld, and encouraging an environment where all employees can thrive.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide support for new hire onboarding processes.

  • May assist in following up on Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Serve as a representative and advocate for the Trainee Program, University Relations, and Employer Branding initiatives, both internally and externally.

  • Provide support for the site's social responsibility program by coordinating the annual calendar of events and effectively communicating the community impact within the organization.

  • Assist the site's Director and HR Business Partner by completing monthly data analysis dashboards, metrics, reporting, and scorecards.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including following up on vendor services, invoicing, and payment for various services within the IT Center of Excellence.

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar education.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, HR support, or Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in conducting candidate background check validations.

  • Proven experience in coordinating events.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily (MS Office, Confluence, Linkedin, Indeed, etc).

  • Excellent communication / documentation skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Data driven and process oriented.

  • Ability to accomplish tasks with low supervision.

  • Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information.
