  • Stock rooms

  • Inventory check

  • Front desk receptionist

  • Supporting the coordinator with administrative tasks

  • Supporting the providers with administrative tasks

  • Helping patient scheduling

  • Running dishwasher

  • Cups / treatment room cleaning /

  • A lot of moving around in the clinic - supporting in that capacity versus strictly at the phones

    ○ We use a virtual receptionist that we use throughout the day - covering phones for the first day

  • Insurance benefit checks -- calling people and patient questions

REQUIRED HARD SKILLS: TOP 3 MUST HAVES

  1. Microsoft / Mail Chimp for newsletters / Slack / Facebook / Instagram

  2. scheduling coordination

  3. Microsoft Office / computer savvy / EHR -- it's called Jane, but not specific experience needed

Not a ton of training - but it's going to be a lot of onsite and on your feet training
