Dietary Assistant - Part Time Evenings at Tiffin Rehabilitation Center.

The Dietary Assistant is responsible for assisting with meal preparation, interacting with residents, serving meals, and keeping the dietary area sanitary.
Tiffin Rehabilitation Center is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.

This is a part time position, scheduled 24 hours per pay period Shift times: 3:30-6:30pm and requires every other weekend Salary: $13-14 per hour based on previous years of experience
Essentials:
- Assists in food preparation and ensures dining room is ready for service
- Daily interaction and conversation with residents while serving them meals
- Cleaning duties
- Be a friendly face, in this time of need, for our residents.
*Required Qualifications: *
- Must be willing to work in a Healthcare /Senior Living environment that is taking precautions for COVID-19.
- No experience is required, training will be provided.
- Ability to read and understand procedures used for work assignments, instructions, recipe directions and diet order cards.
- Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
