职位要求

  1. 至少1年的后端系统开发经验，具备扎实的编程基础和规范的编码习惯；

  2. 精通Python/Java/C++等至少一种编程语言，熟练掌握Mysql/Redis/消息队列等后端技术栈的使用和原理；

  3. 优先考虑具有处理高并发、大流量业务场景经验的候选人，能够独立进行系统架构设计和工程实现，具备丰富的系统稳定性和性能优化经验；

  4. 具备出色的沟通能力和数据分析能力，对业务有敏锐的洞察力，能够迅速把握业务需求，将技术与业务有效结合；

  5. 对人工智能和机器学习领域有深入了解者优先，特别是在向量数据库、知识图谱构建、智能代理开发、RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）和Prompt Engineering等领域有实践经验者。
