Job Title: Senior Project Manager - End to End Regulatory Content Automation Initiative Global Regulatory Affairs and Strategy Amgen
Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical sector specifically in regulatory submissions to manage a Regulatory submission transformation initiative that involves technology and process transformation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing large scale programs and be able to establish progress monitoring manage the program leadership teams work and do schedule analysis to identify and mitigate schedule risks. Preferred experience of working in a Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a program plan that encompasses all aspects of the initiative, including both technology and process transformation.
• Establish and implement robust progress monitoring processes to track the initiative’s advancements against planned milestones and deliverables. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to provide real-time insights into the project's status.
• Facilitate sprints for the initiative leadership team and manage the work by organizing, prioritizing, and assigning tasks based on the initiative’s objectives. Facilitate effective team meetings to ensure alignment, address challenges.
• Conduct schedule analyses to identify potential risks to the project timeline. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project’s success. Regularly review and adjust plans to address emerging risks and issues.
• Maintain reports on project status, risks, and achievements to upper management and other stakeholders in alignment with leadership team direction.
