As an integral part of our team, you'll conduct tests, analyze results, and collaborate with your team to fine-tune our mix into perfection. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conducting meticulous tests on aggregate and asphalt mix to ensure compliance with stringent specifications.
  • Collaborating with seasoned technicians to understand and master various mix specifications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of hot mix asphalt during production and on-site installation.
  • Utilizing cutting-edge technology to test materials for weight, temperature, thickness, and gradation, ensuring top-notch performance.
  • Effectively communicating test results and recommendations to pave the way for continuous improvement.
  • Harnessing the power of technology to input and analyze test data with precision and efficiency.
