Kelly Services Customer Operations Support - Summer Employment in Thornhill, Ontario

Business Administration Students, are looking for a hands-on experience this summer? Our client, a pharmaceutical company located in Thornhill, ON is looking for a Summer Intern in their Customer Service Department! This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing return backlog

  • Data management and updates for our wholesale accounts

  • Process requests in the timely manner meeting internal and external deadlines as set by the stakeholders

  • Document processes for review in order to create efficiencies

  • Prepare reporting on volume and turnaround to ensure orders are flowing in accordance with wholesaler guidelines

  • Partner and communicate with various departments and key stakeholders

  • Ad-hoc requests as per business needs

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel

  • Exceptional attention to detail with high level of accuracy and analysis skills in investigating and resolving discrepancies and escalating findings as necessary.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills and sense of urgency in dealing with clients.

  • Able to build and manage relationships within team, cross functional departments, and clients..

  • A criminal background is required.
