Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creation of functional and technical security concepts and FSR in close coordination with customers

  • Create or evaluate security and reliability analysis (FMEA/FMEDA, FTA, FIT, SM, DFA)

  • Planning and assessing verification concepts and test specifications at the software and hardware level

  • Act as a contact person for internal departments and external customers regarding system reliability and functional safety.

  • Preparation and execution of internal audits and assessments

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Automotive Domain knowledge

  • Experience in embedded software/ECU development

  • Experience in designing safety architecture, designing and implementing safety measures on the software/hardware level

  • Basic knowledge and associated familiarity with Automotive Spice and ISO 26262

  • Knowledge of IBM ALM tool or a comparable lifecycle management tool

  • Safety driven mindset

  • Willingness to travel to customer locations occasionally.

  • Very good communication skills and great team spirit

  • Fluent in English

  • Completed ISTQB certification or CAST certificate

Desired Skills:

  • Completed ISTQB certification or CAST certificate
