We are seeking an experienced Embedded Project Lead to join our team. As an Embedded Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to embedded systems development. Your role will involve coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of embedded software and hardware solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor embedded system projects from initiation to completion.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and quality assurance professionals.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including clients, management, and development teams.

  • Manage and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in embedded systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience in the complete product development life cycle (Involving HW, FW, FPGA, Testing etc.)

  • Proven experience as a Project Lead, specifically in managing embedded system projects.

  • Strong understanding of embedded systems development processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.

Desired Skills:

  • Must have Project management experience with embedded product development companies.

  • Should be ready to extend the responsibility in Hiring Process, Team Building, Careers & Training Development, Knowledge Management, Team Mentoring

  • Experience in Embedded Systems

  • Willing to travel based on project requirements.
