Maintenance Technician (Rooms Preventative Maintenance)

Starting Pay: \$17.00/hr

Duties:\ - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery\ - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues\ - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations\ - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner\ - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs\ - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks\ - Follow established procedures for maintenance and repair work\ - Keep work area clean and organized

Experience:\ - High school diploma or equivalent\ - Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role\ - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems\ - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints\ - Proficient in using hand and power tools\ - Excellent problem-solving skills\ - Strong attention to detail and accuracy\ - Ability to work independently or as part of a team
