The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, a leading academic health center, seeks applicants for Staff Physician positions for theMemorial Hermann Health Systemin Greater Houston locations.

Position Key Accountabilities:

The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences is seeking clinically outstanding and experienced, Board-Certified Ob/Gyn physicians to serve as Ob/GYN Hospitalists for its expanding healthcare network. These providers must have an interest in caring for a diverse population of patients and be comfortable co-managing high-risk, complex pregnancies with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) sub-specialists.

They must also be well versed in evidence-based medicine and be motivated to mentor Ob/Gyn Hospitalist fellows, Ob/Gyn resident physicians, medical students, junior faculty members, and Advanced Care Nurses/Physician Assistants who work collaboratively with the physicians at all clinical sites. Backup services included Gynecologic Surgery, MFM, and Gynecological Oncology. Clinical faculty appointments are available for those who qualify.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD

  • Texas Medical license or eligibility for full medical licensure in Texas

  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
