Are you passionate about logistics and fascinated by Quality, Safety, Health and Environment topics? Then the position of QSHE Advisor could be just the right fit for you! You will be working for one of the world's leading logistics companies and your position is dedicated to an important customer in the retail sector.

Your Role

As the QSHE Advisor, you will play a key role in achieving our safety, well-being, environement and quality objectives. As a new activity, there is much to be done, you are willing to put the boots on the ground and make futureproof connections with your colleagues in order to improve safety, health and quality metrics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Encourage, coach, and guide the organisation towards a safe working environment,

  • Support the organisation in working safely, day by day, utilising existing tools and procedures,

  • Provide effective safety-related training to empower employees and optimise results,

  • Perform incident analysis and risk assessments with your peers, and set out preventive and reactive actions to prevent further incidents,

  • Perform inspections and audits ,

  • Look for opportunities for improvement , and work with the organisation to implement these changes . #LI-UK1

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (Health & Safety, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.), you also have the Certification "Prevention Advisor" at Level II or III.

  • First experience with quality management systems, familiar with G-017 and food safety (HACCP),

  • Major attention on quality and customer requirements, you are also recognized for being solution-oriented and a great team player,

  • Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
