Union Hospital SPECIALIST PROJECT MANAGEMENT-INFORMATION SYSTEMS in TERRE HAUTE, Indiana

Position requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree with 2 + years experience in Healthcare related field such as Information Systems, Medical Records, Project Management, or associated area.

  • PMP required

  • Excellent project management skills; creates plans for projects including deadlines and critical paths.

  • Strong organizational skills, must be able to multitask effectively.

  • Assists staff in the prioritization of IT projects and tasks.

  • Ability to delegate tasks within IT.

  • Decision-making, in the absence of management for Information Systems.

  • Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers using tact and diplomacy.

  • Experience with physician offices or hospitals preferred.

  • Must meet and deal successfully with a wide variety of people

  • Must have analytic skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Must be accomplished in written and verbal business communication.

  • Flexible work schedule as required: shifts, weekends, and holidays. May be on call.
