TKO Graphix Graphics Installer in Terre Haute, Indiana

Job Description:

As a graphics installer at TKO you will cut, prepare, measure, and apply vinyl decals or full-panel vinyl graphics on semi-trailers, vehicles, or other substrates. You will be expected to complete tasks within established time frames and quality standards, while adhering to safety policies. Depending on job location, the graphics installer will complete work in TKOs installation facilities, customers factory facilities, or customers locations.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Preparing vehicle or substrates for vinyl application, which may include cleaning or painting
  • Accurately measure and apply vinyl graphics on various types of vehicles and other substrates per instructions
  • De-identification (removal) of graphics from vehicles
  • Cleaning and maintaining work area
  • Following safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

What are we looking for in you?

  • Self-starterthat enjoys working with yourhands
  • Basic math skills for calculating dimensions
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and to read and follow work order specifications and measurement sheets to apply decals or full-panel vinyl graphics on semi-trailers, vehicles, or other substrates
  • High attention to detail and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to cooperate and work within a team environment
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, work at elevations, and handle lengthy periods of time on your feet
  • Physical ability to efficiently operate all hand tools used in the installation of graphics such as rivet brushes, squeegees, cutters, and torches
  • Ability to work overtime. Some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends (on occasion)
  • Previous graphics application experience preferred, but not required. We will train you!
