AutoNation Mobile Service Phoenix This opportunity is REMOTE working 4 DAY/10 HOUR shift including one being Saturday or Sunday depending on the business needs. We provide the equipment. APPLY Today! Working on the Service Operations Team, the Service Advisor acts as the liaison for B2B and B2C consumers. In this position, you will help us maintain and grow our fleet, partnership, and consumer verticals by providing exceptional customer service, minimizing down time, and maximizing earning potential. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating complex repairs, procedures, and estimates from our platform direct to consumer or third party ensuring our services align with any or all consumer requirements. All efforts in establishing AutoNation Mobile Service as the go-to vendor for automotive repair services. WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO Provide real-time automotive technical and process support to our internal and field operations teams via company communication platforms Effectively utilize available resources to complete day to day task Combine multitasking and prioritization to navigate individual and team workload in efforts to meet department SLA’s Manage and resolve inbound Chat and Phone support request Provide accurate and concise estimates when requested, agent must adhere to any specific account or customer requirements documented in fleet contracts or partnership service level agreements Process and audit completed work orders to ensure all services align with company policy, consumer, and regulatory requirements Facilitate necessary work orders with Fleet Management Companies or partnership portals, process includes; approvals, adjustments, scheduling, completions, and reconciling. Follow applicable SOPs to ensure all internal requirements are met and necessary parties are updated in a timely manner Conduct outbound phone calls to consumers, partners, and third-party vendors as necessary Conduct all communications in a professional manner that aligns with company policy and values Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention YOU SHOULD HAVE Prior service advisor experience preferred Prior Automotive experience preferred Prior fleet management or relevant experience preferred Prior experience with third party vendors (parts, warranty (VSC), Fleet management portals) Prior experience or knowledge of DOT & BAR regulations and compliance Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Ability to set and achieve targeted goals Exceptional attention to detail Self-motivating, strong time, and task management skills Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The willingness to engage with and effectively communicate with customers Experience and desire to work with technology (Mitchell, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent ASE certification is a plus Company Overview AutoNation is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States, offering innovative products, exceptional services, and comprehensive solutions, empowering our customers to make the best decisions for their needs.
