Description:

This client is a manufacturing facility in Tempe, AZ. They are working primarily with milk and providing 90% of milk in Arizona and with what is not sold they are separating the ingredients to create lactose powder used for ice cream/cheese. They have a large site which requires LOTS of walking and steps and can be pretty physically demanding.

60% preventative maintenance

35% reactive maintenance

5% projects

• Provided technical assistance and resolution when mechanical, electrical problems occur.

• Perform operational inspections on machinery and equipment; adjust flows, equipment, process and treatment as directed by supervision.

• Perform preventive, reactive or predictive maintenance on all centrifugal separation machines, process equipment and utility equipment.

• Perform pump mechanical works, and maintain and sustain pump programs.

• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting and installation; VFD’s , motors, PLC’s.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment.

• Enter operation and maintenance data into logs, reports and computer databases.

• Respond to Department calls and emergency call-ins

• Adhere to all municipal, state and federal regulatory compliance, reporting any nonconformity.

• Adhere to all SOP’s and HACCP guidelines.

• Adhere to all UDA quality, safety, and GMP policies and procedures, reporting any nonconformity
