TEKsystems Hybrid Call Center Agent in Tempe, Arizona

Employment Type: 3 month contract to hire

Pay: $19.37/hr

Location: 1150 West Washington Street, Tempe, Arizona, 85281

Training: 3-4 weeks onsite training M-F 7am – 5pm

Schedule after training: 7am – 5pm M-F with one Saturday per month (Hybrid – 1 week onsite 1 week

remote alternating)

Job Description:

· Candidate will be assisting the client's national contact center within the mortgage line of business.

· Candidates will be the front-line contact with potential customers of the client's home mortgage.

· This role will consist of outbound calling of potential mortgage customers to inquire about their current mortgage needs. Customers have expressed interest in a mortgage from the client - Following up with them to go over if it would be a good fir or not

· This is a short conversation (5-6 min).

· Much of the conversation is scripted to determine if they are interested in considering working with the client. At that point, the call center agent will pass this customer to a home mortgage consultant.
