Responsibilities
Assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations via the mobile stroke program. Position requires providing service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.
No two days in emergency nursing are ever the same. You’re a multitasker who can react quickly as you’ll prioritize patients based on their medical necessity while you’re providing emergency triage to others. As part of our ER team, you’ll partner with an experienced clinical team to deliver stabilizing care to our patients by performing IV starts, foley catheter insertions, or aiding providers with chest tube insertions.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Two (2) years emergency room RN experience
ADN diploma from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
Current AZ RN license or a compact state RN license at the time of hire
American Heart Association BLS
American Heart Association ACLS
American Heart Association PALS (within 30 days)
Must exhibit genuine kindness and compassion for every individual that enters the hospital
Pay Range
$32.50 - $58.90 /hour
