Schedule: Compressed Shift 1B (Thu, Fri, Sat e/o Wed 5am - 5pm) • This position is eligible for a $1,500 sign on bonus

Job Description: Tube Assembly processors perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures in order to maintain production schedules.

Essental Functions: • In an ultra-cleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products. • Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids. • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. • Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills. • Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. • Identify and corrects non-conforming part

Basic Qualifications: • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: • Good hand/eye coordination • Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions • Demonstrated problem solving techniques • Ability to hold a Security Clearance a plus • Related manufacturing work experience; 1-3 years preferred • Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control) • Must be able to multi-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems
