[[We are looking for qualified individuals who have the experience and qualifications to act in the capacity of a Site Superintendent and/or a combination role combining Quality Control Manager and/or Site Health and Safety Officer with the Site Superintendent role. This role provides daily onsite oversight and direct day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities, subcontractors, quality, and safety. The individual must ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents, period of performance, and within budget. Project Estimating:Provide pre-bid project analysis, identify project planning concerns, identify solutions for site utilization concerns, and provide outsourcing for subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, etc.

Project Initiation and Planning:Project planning for sequencing, addressing potential issues, schedule development, developing scopes of work for subcontracts, and material procurement planning.

Project Execution:Manage subcontractors/consultants, material tracking, site utilization, coordination, schedule implementation, develop look ahead schedules, conduct required meetings, contract deliverables, inspections, daily field reports, project communication, project reporting, client interactions, recognition of project scope, and potential differing conditions.

Quality Control:Implementation of quality control requirements, procedures, and documentation utilizing the USAGE 3-phases of Construction. Recognize and stop work that is non-conforming with the project requirements and ensure corrective measures are taken in a timely manner.

Project Safety:Adherence and implementation of company standards of safety and project-specific safety requirements. Ensure that required reports and documents are completed. Any work being performed in an unsafe manner must be stopped immediately and all incidents reported.

Project Completion and Closeout:Ensure that contract requirements for project inspections, acceptance, commissioning, record documents, training, etc. are completed.

Take proactive steps and actions to minimize project risks.

Manage and supervise assigned staff.

Provide interim and annual reviews of assigned staff.
