FRES-CO SYSTEM USA INC Maintenance Technician Print/Lam in Telford, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of Maintenance including but not limited to rotogravure printing presses, laminators, and all ancillary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on printing and laminating department, serving as main contact representing Maintenance Department

• Main task is to improve reliability of equipment working with Print Lam Department

. • Ensure communication and mentoring of Maintenance Technicians regarding current actions and status of Printing and laminating equipment.

• All support equipment for printing and laminating is within the scope of the position, not limited to humidity equipment, RTO performance, chillers, and material treaters.

• Ensure fitness and safety of all electrical and mechanical systems through routine testing. • Troubleshoot issues and repair all production machinery.

Essential Skills/Knowledge

• A strong electrical aptitude

• Working knowledge of printing and laminating.

• Knowledge of winding theory of continuous rolls.

• Ability to read electrical control schematics.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician and a working knowledge of maintenance processes and methods. .

• Mechanically inclined and understand how to use a variety of tools, common appliances, and devices.

• A basic understanding of HVAC, hydraulic, chillers and plumbing systems. Experience/Qualifications

• Building Maintenance Technology Certification.

• Knowledge of PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers).

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods of time

• Be able to lift 50 or more pounds

• Be able to bend, crawl and climb
