Great news, Manpower is NOW HIRING a new Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing medical staffing team based in Teays Valley, WV to recruit medical professionals throughout WV, KY & OH for regional assignments.

This is a direct-hire, internal customer service and sales forward position where qualified applicants will find, secure, place and retain medical professionals on short and long term employment assignments. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with others, making a difference and those with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts (verbal and written communication) for new applicants and keep current team members employed

  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations

  • Compile reports from personnel databases

  • Review and update records in master databases

  • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary

  • Best candidate offers 1-2 years of comparable work experience. A background in customer service, sales, recruiting, HR and/or relevant business experience is nice

  • Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Detail oriented*
