Eaton Corporation EHS Manager in Tczew, Poland

Eaton Tczew Campus, automotive manufacturer, is currently seeking an EHS Manager. This position provides environmental, health, safety, and security leadership to the site.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead site in achieving EHS targets and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain goals supporting corporate EHS initiatives.

  • Facilitate risk assessments to identify critical EHS hazards.

  • Collaborate with leadership to set EHS targets based on key risks.

  • Track performance using leading and lagging indicators.

  • Support creation of EHS goals for site managers and teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in EHS or postgraduate EHS diploma.

  • 3+ years of experience with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training.

  • Four (4) year degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental discipline or equivalent.

  • Experience in team management.

Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Polish EHS Law regulations.

  • Comprehension of Eaton, industry, state, and country EHS requirements.

  • Strong team-building skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Adept at utilization of company-wide system for reporting EHS data and information.

  • Ability to demonstrate managerial courage (e.g., managing varied interests representing potential conflicts).

  • Ability to lead and support cross-functional EHS teams.
