We’re looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor for our high volume business to business transactions. This position is based in our Taylor distribution center. This position is 100% on-site.
Objectives of this Role
Enter and process orders received from email or EDI
Manage multiple customer portals and EDI portals
Work with warehouses and trucking companies to arrange timely delivery
Communicate, mostly through email, with customers on orders and product related inquiries.
High volume data entry and paperwork management to provide accurate and timely paperwork for each customer purchase order
Schedule inbound and outbound delivery appointments
Professionally communicate on phone with customers and consumers as needed to resolve issues
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high volume data entry required
50+ words per minute typing speed required
Exceptional attention to detail required
Experience with Truckload and LTL shipments
EDI and Business to Business transaction experience
Prior experience with customer service
Proficiency in the Office 365 including Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Good attendance and ability to work on-site
