Receive, store, select, pack, and ship warehouse inventory

" Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; operate all warehouse equipment, perform daily safety inspections prior to first use.

" Receive incoming material accurately identify and break down the material, note discrepancies, and make the product ready for storage.

" Accurately select, check, and pack UPS orders

" Select and process non-UPS orders and pack to make ready to withstand transport; safely meet carrier pickup schedules.

" Select, pack, and palletize replenishment shipments

" Handle stock tickets, and pack cross-dock shipments in accordance with established WMS procedures.

" Conduct cycle counts and bin location verifications; consolidate inventory as needed; follow established procedures for handling stock discrepancies.

" Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferred Job Requirements

2-3 years of experience preferred; prior warehouse experience preferred

High school diploma or GED Required

Working Conditions

Traditional warehouse environment. May be some exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes. Safety shoes are required. Safety goggles and gloves may also be required.

Ability to lift 70 pounds and to walk and move freely and use material handling equipment.

Fill customers' mail and telephone orders from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on sales slips or order forms. Duties include computing prices of items, completing order receipts, keeping records of out-going orders, and requisitioning
