Here's a glimpse into your daily adventures:

  • Be a safety champion: Uphold the highest standards set by GMP, confined space, LOTO, and company protocols. Think of yourself as a guardian of smooth operations.

  • Become a mechanical whiz: Diagnose equipment woes with your keen eye and superhero tool belt (think hand tools, power tools, hoists, and more). Disassemble, troubleshoot, and bring everything back to life!

  • Master the machine language: Decipher schematics and diagrams like a pro. Speak fluent PLC and understand the whispers of VFDs.

  • Be a vigilant watchman: Every morning, evening, and throughout the day, ensure boilers, HVAC systems, air compressors, and refrigeration keep things humming.

  • Be a production partner: From dough sheeting lines to lighting systems, ensure everything runs like clockwork before production starts and keep it that way throughout the day.

  • Be a quality guardian: Inspect in-process and finished products with an eagle eye. Maintain packaging excellence and identify any glitches before they become problems.

  • Become a data detective: Keep meticulous records of repairs and maintenance – they're the secret codes to future triumphs!

Do you have these superpowers?

  • High School Diploma and technical training (or equivalent)

  • At least 3 years of experience fixing production equipment

  • Ability to read electrical and welding schematics and diagrams
