Job Description:

Main responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with global NPI teams, pad and pad conditioner projects, to provide as a conduit between customers, product development, manufacturing, and quality teams.

  2. Develop and optimize test methods based on needs of PD and manufacturing team, collect relevant data and use statical analysis to produce mutually acceptable control limits and preliminary CoA items to globally customers.

  3. Attend face to face or virtual meetings with global customers, TSMC, Samsung, Micron, et al to present 3M’s preliminary CoA items and gather VOCs for further fine-tuning

Preferred qualification:

  1. Fluent in English

  2. Ability to travel internationally, although I assume a vast majority travel will be in Taiwan.

  3. Experienced in customer-facing roles and product development.
