Job Overview

This is a role to support and facilitate the ongoing lean continuous improvement process in the Global DC Planning organization. You will work closely with the business and workstreams to analyze issues and pain points and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires being ready to challenge the status quo, roll up your sleeves, and work together with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and operationalize solutions as well as ensure its smooth adoption by effective change management within our organization. This role provides a unique path to grow as a subject matter expert in the supply chain while developing both business acumen and technological edge. This role will report to the Senior Manager of the Supply Chain for Data and Device Business Unit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and support the global DC Planning organization in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities that improve operation efficiencies and enable optimal services to be delivered. This includes:

  • Formulate and renew S&OP documents and provide regular coaching, training, and knowledge sharing to the global DC planning organization

  • Access opportunities and drive global process standardization, streamline and redesign for operation excellence

  • Employ digital transformation methodologies and raise the adoption of digital solutions and provide overall visibility and transparency across the global supply chain organization

  • Support End to End Supply Chain projects such as TEOA, automation transformation, SAP S/4 Hana and IBP

What your background should look like:

  • +15 years of experience in Supply chain roles – preferably in DC Planning, Supply Planning, and Procurement with functional track records. Engineering background preferred

  • +8 years of experience in process re-engineering and program management

  • Experience using SAP S/4 Hana, IBP, or equivalent planning tools is a must

  • Strong Analytical & continuous improvement Skills (problem solver) as well as a good understanding of data analytics capabilities
