INSPECTOR II

The position is to qualify the production on molding parts/products, achieving set quality targets, awareness on ISO, knowledge on troubleshooting minor issues arises in QA dept.

  1. Knowing the molding machine sand molding machine controls.

  2. Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the molding machines

  3. Work with Manufacturing Engineer’s on process improvements

  4. Able to identify defectspertaining to molding process.

  5. Able to check and quality the packing and labelling specified in drawing

  6. Awareness of Quality targets & 5S+1 (Sort, Set, Shine, Shine, Standardize and Sustain)

  7. Should have hands on experience in usage of Measuring Instruments like Profile Projector, Tool Makers microscope, VMS, Force gauge, Vernier, Micrometres etc.

  8. Good Analytical Skills and ability to take decisions on non-conforming parts.

  9. Support manufacturing in resolving quality issues.

  10. Read and understand drawings, specifications, documents, reports

  11. FA, Setup, Patrol & Final Inspection and Line Audit, Dock Audit executing molding Quality activities

  12. Work in all 3 shifts on weekly rotation basis.
