Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain , and initiate improvement s in QMS.

• Conducts training related to QMS standards and required procedures.

• Conducts and/or leads the I nternal Quality Audit for the Site with reference to AS 9100, EASA part 21 G, and Philippine Site Business Processes.

• Work with BU in managing audit findings, c orrective a ctions, and p reventive a ctions.

• Conducts training related to QMS standards and required procedures.

• Works with BU management in the identification and prevention of process and product risks.

• Works with the BU management to address gaps in the design and implementation of the QMS.

• Analyze BU performance and link it to the QMS gap to be able to come-up with corrective and preventive actions.

• Performs other duties as required to develop and drive the business forward.

• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in Quality, Engineering, or Production.

• With knowledge and experience in the implementation of Quality System standards like ISO 9001.

• With knowledge and experience in the use of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement tools and techniques.

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven skills in the areas of initiative, individual leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and facilitation.

• Must be at least a year in a current job level/post.

• Should not be under Performance Succession Plan.

• Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year.
