Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Frameworks & Tools (F&T) Team of the Learning & Development (L&D) Group.

  • Oversees, reviews, and generates L&D solutions for Technical & Behavioral progression of all Design Engineering (DE) organization members.

  • Manages the University Partnership engagements for research, innovations, internships, advancements, and talent pools.

  • Leads the Best Cost Countries (BCC) Council for engineering upskilling and continuous improvement across covered sites (Philippines, Poland, India-BLR, India-HYD)

  • Manages the Global Skills Matrix (GSM) and Global Engineering Management System (GEMS) utilization and maintenance across all portfolios/teams of Interiors Engineering & Innovation Center-PH (IEIC-P).

  • Spearheads the cadenced Business Reviews and Senior Leadership Strategic Assembly of IEIC-P.

  • Owns the preparation, execution, and control of all quality Audits for the DE organization.

  • Represents the Training Management for Interior’s Process Governance Council (PGC).

  • Leads the proliferation of GMS and GEMS utilization and innovation in site and global levels.

  • Administrates the executive summary of IEIC-P Macro Plan, Smart Dashboard, and Goal Alignment Periodic Review of IEIC-P.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field of study

  • 4+ years of management experience with strong business acumen

  • 4+ years training management, learning & development, project management, project engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality).

  • Decision making ability and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • Experience supporting Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processes is a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
