Manage the orders for spares manufactured parts through on time visibility of demand in the system and ensuring proper date alignment.
Provide solutions for faster turnaround of parts such as utilizing global inventory, use of alternative materials or change in sourcing.
Work with Production Planning per site to prioritize orders based on customer need.
Collaborate with different groups to identify sourcing alternatives particularly on aging orders.
Perform audit function for outlier dates and invalid parts or owner.
Drives actions to improve on time delivery to customer.
Standardize processes for ISS Planning
