  • Ensure attainment of daily and monthly production targets and plan

  • Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedure.

  • Ensure that all equipment and other related tools, jigs used for manufacturing products are properly maintained and in good running condition and operated based on process specifications.

  • Help in identifying any possible process deviation and create counter measures in coordination with his/her immediate supervisor.

  • Perform any assigned operations – line start-up, mechanical/electrical maintenance, periodic quality inspection, in-process inspection/evaluation and line shutdown as maybe required.

  • Give suggestions to Supervisors on how to maximize production operation with focus on safety, quality and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance to process specifications and parameters as outlined in SOP and ensure accurate traceability by maintaining accurate data and records.

  • Actively participate company activities such as for Safety , productivity and training

  • Open for major adjustments in the production line such as ready to accept challenges and new job assignme
