Century Fasteners Corp Warehouse Associate - 1275 in Tampa, Florida

Must have the following to apply:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time

**Job Description: The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack and weigh orders using an electronic scale and advise the warehouse manager of any inventory discrepancy or quality issues. They will also manage inventory using a computer and conduct cycle counts.

Duties and Responsibility:**

  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area and completing the shipping process through UPS/FedEx or truck as needed
  • Perform daily cycle counts as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
  • General housekeeping (cleans equipment and work areas as needed)
  • Advise warehouse supervisor of any discrepancies, or quality issues
  • Perform visual check of parts being pulled to verify correct parts are being shipped prior to packing material for shipment. Verification is for every lot of material being shipped to ensure the customer does not receive incorrect material
  • Responsible for all areas of preparing orders for shipping
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Pull parts for kitting/packaging process
  • Set up packaging machine
  • Inventory control
