Job Summary

In this role you will focus on supporting day to day operational needs of the Threat Intelligence team including delivering daily threat briefings, global threat analysis, daily, weekly and monthly report generation, cross-team collaboration, global threat trends, and recommendations that need to be shared with senior leadership. You will research threats, threat actors and how they are impacting the financial and critical infrastructure sectors.

You will work closely with a highly skilled team of individuals globally, collaborating across lines of defense, businesses, and technology teams disseminating threat intelligence information and risk mitigation recommendations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Daily Threat Intelligence briefings on latest threats, threat actors, financial and critical infrastructure impact

  • Weekly Threat Intelligence reports to senior leadership and risk committees

  • Responsible for day-to-day tactical/operational support and escalation of threat intelligence events

  • Serve as backup and rotation for Vulnerability Intelligence and Threat Hunting functions

  • Document and maintain Threat Intelligence processes, procedures and methodology in accordance with industry standards such as NIST 800-150

  • Support audit and regulatory exams

  • Administer tools and platforms and related technologies to support Threat Intelligence

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 2+ years of experience researching, analyzing and summarizing Threat Intelligence information

  • 2+ years experience working in a global organization

  • 2+ years working directly in Cybersecurity Operations

  • Experience with Vulnerability intelligence, assessment, management, threat hunting a plus

  • Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK

  • Experience working within the Financial Services Industry preferred

  • Relevant technical and industry certifications preferred such as CISSP, ISSMP, SANS, GCIA, CISM, EnCE, CEH, GCFA, GCFE, GCIH, or GSEC

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $135K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
